Industry growth and digital transformation in the spotlight

The event reflected the current boom in the fitness industry:

  • 11.71 million members in German fitness studios
  • €5.82 billion in revenue generated in Germany

Key topics included digitalisation, artificial intelligence, and smart technologies—all of which are shaping the future of the fitness and wellness sector.

bsport at the heart of the FIBO innovation hub

FIBO 2025 was a great success for us at bsport. For the first time, we were part of the new Confex Hall and had the chance to engage in many exciting conversations. Our goal was to show studio owners how our platform truly supports them in their day-to-day operations—and that’s exactly what we achieved.

We were especially happy about the open and honest exchange with visitors from all over Europe. The atmosphere at our booth was consistently positive, and there was a strong interest in digital solutions.

Another highlight was our Friday morning networking event with Studio Grow. In a relaxed setting, great conversations unfolded, offering a chance to connect on equal footing about the challenges and opportunities in the industry.

Hall 1 spotlight: Longevity, Pilates & holistic health concepts

Beyond the big trends in technology and performance, Hall 1 clearly demonstrated how important the topic of longevity is becoming. Exhibitors in the fields of Pilates, yoga, fascia training, and bodywork showcased the growing demand for holistic and sustainable movement concepts.

For boutique studios focused on personalised coaching and preventive health, this area provided plenty of new inspiration.

Conclusion: FIBO 2025 sets a new benchmark

FIBO 2025 powerfully showcased the continued growth and evolution of the fitness industry. Innovation, digital transformation, and a heightened focus on health are driving the sector forward in meaningful ways.

We’re taking home plenty of positive impressions, inspiring conversations, and fresh ideas. The event wasn’t just a success for us—it was also a strong confirmation that we’re on the right path with our vision.

We’re already looking forward to FIBO 2026!

Finalizing your Pilates studio business plan

Your studio business plan will only work if it translates to daily action. By focusing on specific levers like instructor ratios, revenue architecture, and automated retention, you can create a solid strategy built for execution and success. As your studio evolves, use these steps as a recurring audit to ensure your operations still align with your financial targets.

This process is much easier when you aren't fighting with multiple apps or spreadsheets. bsport is an all-in-one studio management and marketing platform that acts as the operational backbone for your entire business. By combining your bookings, payments, and CRM into one system, the platform automates the routine admin that usually eats into your margins. This gives you the real-time data needed to optimize occupancy and scale revenue without adding to your daily workload.
