Offering an accessible and inclusive Reformer Pilates experience in Toulouse
Cécile and Laetitia are childhood friends who share a passion for well-being. Cécile founded her own business specializing in lymphatic drainage, while Laetitia is a trained fitness coach. Together, they discovered the Reformer and instantly fell in love with it.
Noticing a lack of accessible options for this activity in the outskirts of Toulouse, they decided to create their own space: Reflect Studio.
Launched in January 2025, Reflect Studio has already brought together more than 1,000 members around a modern and caring approach to wellness.
Surrounding yourself with the right people is essential.You can't do everything on your own, especially at the beginning.
Reflect Studio: a strong identity and a clear positioning
From the very beginning of the project, Cécile and Laetitia paid special attention to creating a unique, recognizable, and inclusive universe. The name Reflect is the perfect embodiment of this vision.It brings together several dimensions that define their project:
- “REF” stands for Reformer, a nod to their practice;
- the word “Reflect” evokes the mirrors that adorn their studio, but also invites inner reflection, which is central to their holistic vision of Pilates;
- finally, the use of an English word gives the brand an international flair.
To visually convey this vision, they turned to a graphic designer friend with whom they co-created a strong identity: a logo with fine, rounded lines to add warmth, a soft and contemporary color palette, and elegant, minimalist typefaces to reinforce the image of a premium service.

Since then, they have been using many available tools: email and SMS campaigns, push notifications, gift cards, and promotional codes—each serving as a lever to retain their community and attract new members.
What’s next?
Reflect Studio’s main ambition is to continue stabilizing and providing the best possible experience to their members by making Pilates accessible to everyone in the Toulouse suburbs.In the coming months, Cécile and Laetitia will focus on marketing as well as developing their range of additional products. For example, their first non-slip socks, launched a few weeks ago, are already available through their online shop integrated with bsport.
The goal is to firmly establish the Reflect Studio brand in the Toulouse area, then expand across France—and eventually, why not, internationally?
