East of Eden is one of London’s most well-known yoga studios which opened back in 2015 in the Walthamstow neighbourhood. The studio has grown to 4 studio spaces which hold yoga, sound & mediation, reformer, spin, therapy rooms, and a cafe. East of Eden is run by Abby McLachlan, who makes it her mission to create a studio that is an urban eden within the city, which provides a wide variety of offerings that has something for everyone.
Their previous challenges

After having to shut down their physical studio during Covid, East of Eden had to move online.All of the previous videos, and new ones created now are perfectly integrated through the bsport platform. Their members can watch their videos from anywhere, and for the studio, Video-On-Demand proves to be yet another pillar in their offering. “It future-proofs a lot of development that I want to invest in.”
