About VAYU Yoga
VAYU Yoga was founded in late 2021 by Jil and her husband Christian. The studio grew steadily after the pandemic and now operates two locations within the same courtyard in Düsseldorf: Yoga & More and Breath & Mind.
From calming meditation sessions to dynamic yoga classes, VAYU Yoga offers a wide range of courses, including Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, meditation, and breathwork.
The studios are a meeting place for a dynamic and diverse community that regularly comes together and grows through this variety.
Previous challenges
Before switching to bsport, VAYU Yoga used Eversports but faced organisational challenges as the studio grew – especially in managing multiple locations.
Lack of multi-account support
Eversports did not allow for a central account with sub-accounts. This made it impossible to efficiently manage two different tax numbers and studio directors, significantly complicating collaboration between locations.
High administrative workload
Managing multiple rooms and simultaneous classes required daily use of multiple booking platforms. Jil described this situation as "hell": "We had three classrooms, two studios, always using two booking platforms."
Switching to bsport
The decision to switch to bsport was made in early 2024, primarily due to its franchise functionality, which perfectly fit VAYU Yoga's needs.

Centralised master account with sub-accounts
Both studios can be managed via a central account, while each unit operates independently. Two directors with different tax numbers can efficiently organise their responsibilities and plan their respective studios individually.
Flexible pass and membership sharing
Members can use their passes and memberships across both studios. This feature is highly appreciated by customers:

Shared passes can be downloaded as reports from the master account to meet tax office requirements.
Efficient and intuitive management
bsport’s intuitive back-office system streamlines complex workflows and significantly reduces administrative workload. Course settings or adjustments can be made quickly, while the clear layout ensures that open tasks are immediately visible and nothing is overlooked. “It’s super practical; it’s done in no time.”
Benefits for teachers
Freelance teachers can independently download their payment statements, increasing transparency and reducing administrative work. Additionally, they have direct insight into the booking status of their classes and can plan independently or step in to help when parallel classes occur.
