About YTTP

YTTP – Your Transformation to Power is a growing movement studio based in Cologne, founded in 2022 with a clear mission: to make movement accessible to everyone – regardless of fitness level, background or income. What started as a single yoga studio quickly evolved into a versatile concept offering yoga, Pilates, barre and reformer classes.Today, YTTP operates four locations across Cologne, two yoga-Pilates studios and two reformer studios, with ambitious plans for expansion: by the end of 2026, the concept is set to roll out across Germany.

The challenges before bsport

Before switching to bsport, YTTP's daily operations were heavily shaped by manual processes, particularly when it came to class management and working with their teacher team.

Complex teacher substitution planning

Last-minute substitution planning was a major challenge. With over 70 teachers across four locations, coordination was extremely time-consuming and managed manually via Excel spreadsheets. Every change had to be overseen by the management team. A process that cost both time and energy.

Time-intensive payrolls

Monthly payrolls for freelance teachers was also a demanding task. One internal team member regularly spent several hours––sometimes one to two full days––preparing the data. Without a central data source, extensive back-and-forth with teachers was required to verify details.

Smooth migration to bsport

The switch from the previous booking system to bsport was smooth and efficient. With close support from the account manager and clear communication with the development team, the migration was carried out successfully. Even external partners such as Urban Sports Club were integrated without issue.

All studio data was transferred without complications. This key step required hardly any internal resources and did not disrupt daily operations.

Multi-location management

YTTP’s expansion is progressing smoothly with bsport. New studios can be added in just a few clicks and easily connected to the existing setup. Special cases, such as selling location-specific products, can be managed flexibly without the need for lengthy coordination. The dashboard gives the team a clear overview of how each location is performing.

Automated processes

Many tasks that were previously done manually, such as organising cover or preparing payroll, are now fully automated. This eases the workload and creates time for strategic focus. Instead of working with spreadsheets and endless back-and-forth communication, a single click is now enough to complete processes that once took days.

Thanks to bsport, we were able to significantly optimise our digital workflows. Our studio managers now have more time to fully focus on our members.

Customer experience & branding

The booking experience for clients has improved noticeably. The schedule and account view are fully integrated into the YTTP website, providing a professional and user-friendly interface that aligns with their branding.
