About Nama Yoga

In 2016, Claudia Delaude opened her studio in Milan with a clear goal: to passionately guide her students towards holistic well-being.

This vision gave rise to Nama Yoga, which today features two yoga rooms, two holistic areas, and a therapeutic space, becoming a trusted destination for those seeking to care for both mind and body.
