Privacy Policy - bsport
A few words of introduction
Before going into detail about our use of your personal data, let us start with a few definitions and explain when this Policy applies.
- This Policy aims at complying with our transparency obligations stemming from the regulations applicable to us, namely Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (the "GDPR") and the French “Loi Informatique et Libertés no 78-17 of January 6, 1978” in its latest version in force.
- Personal data is information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. A natural person is identifiable when he can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to his physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
We publish the website https://pro.bsport.io/en (hereinafter the "Site"), develop and host applications available on the main application stores to help Sportspersons book sports lessons (hereinafter the "Applications") as well as a web back-office for the managers of partner sports clubs (hereinafter the "Back-Office"). We use the term Solution to refer to the Site, Applications and Back-Office together.
In this context, we may process personal data concerning:
- Persons who visit our Site (available at https://pro.bsport.io/en), (the "Visitors"),
- Employees/managers of sports clubs who are our business partners and use the Back-Office (the "Partners"),
- Sports clubs’ clients who use the Applications to book sports lessons (the "Sportsperson").
This Policy applies to you if you are in one of the three situations listed above.
However, if you are a Sportsperson, Bsport acts as a processor to the sport clubs for the bulk of the use of your data. In other words, the sport club defines how and why it processes your contact, payment and other data. As such, it is up to the sport club to inform you about its own use of your data. We recommend that you consult the privacy policies of the sport clubs you are visiting to find out more about the processing of your data.
We may update this Policy at any time, for example as a result of legal, technical or commercial changes. We will inform you of any substantial changes, but we recommend that you consult this Policy regularly to ensure that you are aware of the latest version.
