Founded in 2020 by Sonia Sala and Alex Sena, it has become a landmark for holistic wellness with revitalising yoga and Pilates classes and the wholesome, nourishing cuisine of its restaurant, offering a comprehensive approach to well-being to its community.

The Dream


From day one, their objective has been clear: Share their passion with their members and provide them with a high-quality experience as soon as they enter the Frizzant World.

The Switch

In 2022, Sonia continues to pursue her objective with determination, aiming to replace her previous in-house software that had become too complex to use and manage. After a demo with bsport she successfully makes the switch, achieving immediately a new and efficient organisation.
