About the studio

The Self Defense Club is located in Blankenfelde-Mahlow, a town just south of Berlin. It is run by Marcus, who built the club alongside his full-time job as a soldier. For over eight years, he has been teaching self-defence, Krav Maga, MMA and boxing with a clear focus: a welcoming atmosphere rather than competitive pressure.

The studio attracts a surprisingly broad audience. In addition to adults, many children and teenagers train in age-appropriate groups. There is also a dedicated Ladies Class to help women get started more comfortably.
