LiVeri stands for an active, mindful lifestyle. In a short time, it has grown from a single yoga studio into a network of multiple yoga and Pilates studios, complemented by a large online platform offering classic fitness classes. In November 2025, a fourth location will open in Essen, continuing the studio’s rapid expansion.
Verena’s background in professional sports still shapes LiVeri today. Her experience showed her the importance of training that strengthens both body and mind over the long term - an approach she brings into every studio.
At the same time, community plays a central role. Each location includes welcoming spaces to relax and connect, creating a safe environment that fosters a strong sense of belonging and contributes significantly to LiVeri’s success.
As LiVeri grew quickly, so did the complexity of its day-to-day operations. It soon became clear that their previous software could no longer support the studio’s development. They needed a system that could automate processes and reduce administrative workload.

With nearly 80 instructors, organisation is key. The substitution tool allows teachers to manage replacements independently, without long back-and-forth communication.
At the same time, instructors have direct access to their invoices, making accounting more transparent and reducing errors. Many processes that were once manual are now structured and automated, saving valuable time.
The bsport app plays a central role. Members can book quickly and intuitively, view their available credits, and discover classes without needing to go through the website.
Check-ins are also simplified: each studio has its own tablet showing only relevant location data, ensuring smooth operations and a great experience from the moment members arrive.
LiVeri plans to continue expanding its offering - especially by integrating its own academy for Pilates and fitness instructors.
With bsport, combining livestreams, in-person training, and multiple locations is seamless, opening up new opportunities for growth.
