Is the bsport plan free?*
Yes, the bsport plan is free for the first year. With the free plan, you can continue receiving USC bookings, display your class schedule online, and benefit from automatic synchronization with USC. After the first year, you will have the freedom to explore our paid plans or choose another alternative.
*What are the commissions for online bookings of my classes?
If your studio is registered as a legal entity in the UK, your online bookings will be processed by bsport according to the following commission structure.
The account maintenance fee is £2 per month. This fee enables, processes, and monitors online payments.
For payment method processing fees, the following apply:
- Visa and Mastercard (Domestic cards): 1.75 percent plus £0.20 per transaction.
- Visa and Mastercard (International cards): 3.15 percent plus £0.20 per transaction.
- AMEX (Domestic and International cards): 3.15 percent plus £0.20 per transaction.
- BACS Direct Debits: 1.20 percent plus £0.20 per transaction.
Please note that chargeback fees are £15 for Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX payments, and £7 for BACS Direct Debit payments.

How does the migration process work?
- To begin the migration process, you must first complete the signup form. After submitting the form, you will receive an email containing your contract, the terms and conditions, and a guide to create your Stripe account, which is required to receive payouts from your online bookings.
- Once the setup is complete, you will receive another email with your bsport account credentials. At this point, the USC integration will be activated, allowing you to continue receiving USC bookings, maintain your online schedule, and ensure automatic synchronization with USC.
- During the transition period, if you have already submitted the form, you can contact our team at support@bsport.io. Be sure to mention that you are part of the USC Partner Portal campaign for prompt assistance.
